The purchase of passes to the Protected Wild Areas of the State, made by the User, are nominative and non-transferable and will be used on the day and place selected, according to the validity and term indicated in the conditions of the specific rate of the Unit. RETURN POLICY.

CONAF expressly states that no refunds will be made once the purchase process is completed. For this reason, we invite Users to carefully review this return policy and the details of their request, before confirming the purchase.

In the event that the State Protected Wild Area must be closed due to force majeure situations (natural or anthropogenic catastrophes such as: volcanic eruptions, floods, landslides, earthquakes, forest fires, others), or due to health regulations of the supervisory entity, 100% of the amounts collected from our Users will be refunded, prior validation, authorization and coordination by CONAF.

To request a refund, the visitor or user must fill out a form enabled on the platform for this purpose under the responsibility of the Ticket Pro company. At the time of the closure of the Protected Wild Area, the visitor must enter their refund request, registering their details. purchase, bank information for reimbursement, differentiating national or foreign accounts.

Requirement to make a request is that the entry is total, that is, for a refund, if the user has already entered the unit, a refund is not applicable.
