Modifications and cancellations

How can I add services and/or participants to my reservation?

You can add services to your reservation made through Booking Patagonia by sending an email with the details of your request along with your reservation code to tickets@bookingpatagonia.travel. Once the availability of the service is confirmed, we will send you an email with the details and payment method.

The services you can add to your reservations are:

  • Accommodation in Puerto Natales.
  • Bus tickets.
  • Park entrance tickets.
  • Reservations in campsites/refuges.
  • Meals services (Dinner, breakfast, box lunch, Full board or Half board).
  • Rental of camping equipment.
  • Kayak and Ice Hike in Grey sector.

*The addition of services and/or passengers to the reservation is subject to the availability of each provider.
