Modifications and cancellations

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, but cancellation policies depend on the service provider and how far in advance you request it.

To request a cancellation, please contact tickets@bookingpatagonia.travel with your booking reference.


Refuges and campsites

Vértice (Dickson, Los Perros, Paine Grande, Grey)

  • Cancellations are only possible under the right of withdrawal, depending on when the booking was made:
  • More than 90 days in advance: request at least 90 days before check-in
  • Between 90 and 30 days: within 5 days after payment
  • Less than 30 days: within 48 hours after payment
  • After these deadlines: no refunds
  • Bookings are personal and non-transferable

Las Torres (Las Torres, Chileno, Cuernos, Francés, Serón)

  • Cancellation policy:
  • More than 90 days: no charge
  • 89–70 days: 20% fee
  • 69–45 days: 50% fee
  • Less than 44 days: no refund

Other services

Park Entrance Tickets (CONAF)

  • No refunds, except in case of park closure
  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable once issued

Buses (Bus Sur)

  • Cancellations up to 72 hours before departure
  • After that: no refunds

Lake Pehoé Catamaran

  • Cancellations:
  • 72 hours or more: CLP 22,000 refund per ticket
  • Less than 72 hours: no refund
  • Tickets are personal and non-transferable once issued
