Modifications and cancellations
How can I add, modify, or cancel BUS SUR tickets in my reservation?
Now you can get bus tickets directly in your purchase at Booking Patagonia. In step one you must include it as a service and you can choose if you only want a one way bus, a return bus or both. The calculation of the price of the bus is given from the date of birth of each passenger. Therefore, the total in tickets will be shown in the Purchase Detail (Step 4).
- If you didn't include the bus tickets in your initial purchase, you can request them at tickets@bookingpatagonia.travel
To make a change or cancel your bus tickets:
- Any date/time change request can be made up to 72 hours. before the bus departure time. The request must be sent to tickets@bookingpatagonia.travel
- Any cancellation request can be made up to 72 hours. before the bus departure time. The request must be sent to tickets@bookingpatagonia.travel
- Expired or unused tickets can't be modified or refunded.
