Day 1
The legendary Torres del Paine
The adventure begins at 7:00 a.m. with a bus ride to the park entrance. From there, you can either hike or take a shuttle to Torres Central (shuttle service is available for an additional fee on site). Depending on your accommodation choice, you may leave your luggage at Torres Central or Refugio Chileno before setting out on a trek to the iconic Torres del Paine. The ascent to these granite formations will take your breath away. The climb is worth it, rewarding you with spectacular views of the legendary Torres del Paine . At the end of the day, return to your chosen accommodation for a well-deserved rest.
Day 2
The Cuernos del Paine
On the second day, follow a scenic trail along Nordenskjöld Lake, offering postcard-perfect landscapes. The path leads you to your next stop at Francés or Cuernos, depending on your itinerary. Here, you'll rest in the heart of nature, surrounded by the awe-inspiring views of the Cuernos del Paine.
Day 3
Valley Exploration
Your final day promises more unforgettable experiences. Start the morning with a trek to the Británico Lookout, where you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Francés Valley and its hanging glaciers. Tip: leave your luggage at Italiano to lighten your load for this hike. Afterward, return to Paine Grande and board a catamaran for the return journey.
The Grey Glacier Route Alternative Challenge: only for adventurous hikers in excellent shape, there is an additional route. Start early, hike to the Francés Valley, retrieve your luggage from Italiano, and then continue to Paine Grande. From there, follow the trail to the stunning Grey Glacier Viewpoint. Due to the difficulty, this option is recommended only for seasoned hikers in really good shape. Ensure you return in time to catch the last catamaran to Pudeto. Finally, you'll make your way back to Puerto Natales, completing this short but unforgettable journey.
